City Council was this week shown concept plans for small single story cottages under a condo regime which the developer propose to build on 9.5 acres just inside the main entrance of Falconhead.

Austin based Ash Creek Homes may face an uphill battle as the City's ordinaces do not permit condo based single family detached dwelling based developments. A further presentation at a later meeting will decide if an exception can be granted - and debate from the podium was mixed but generally negative on the prospect.
