Kid’s ages 7 and up

Cost:

$35 per child.  All proceeds to directly to Colin’s Hope and it’s mission to prevent childhood drowning.

Olympic swimmers;  Brendan Hansen, Garrett Weber-Gale and Kathleen Hersey will take to the pool this Saturday for the Colin's Hope Got2Swim clinic at the Nitro-Bee Cave location from 1-5PM.   There are still some spots open for kids ages 7&up!  Cost is only $35 and EVERY dollar goes directly to Colin's Hope to prevent childhood drowning!

..And you and your kids get to hang out with some pretty stellar athletes and hear their Olympic stories

Got2Swim Clinic Schedule

12:45-1:00 swimmers check in

1:00-1:40 Intro to Colin's Hope, Intro Olympians, Olympians tell personal stories (kids and parents are seated on bleachers in pool area).

1:40-1:45 Divide swimmers into 3 groups based on ability (not age).

Kids will spend 30 minutes with each group. Groups will be led by an Olympian and supported by swim instructors.

Garrett will cover Freestyle and Back stroke.

Brendan will cover Breast stroke.

Kathleen will cover Butterfly

1:45- 2:15 Rotation 1

2:15-2:45 Rotation 2

2:45-3:15 Rotation 3

3:15-3:30 Relay races with all the groups.

3:30-3:45 Group pictures with Olympians

3:45-4:00 Swimmers get dressed

4:00-5:00 Q&A and Schwag giveaway, Clinic ends!
